I’ve been having issues with my old microphone (hence the lack of shitty guitar covers lately) so I purchased a new one — which is called the Blue Yeti. Because nothing sounds better than singing in the Matterhorn. 

Anyway, this is the first recording I’ve done with the new mic. I think it sounds significantly better, though the improved sound quality can’t totally make up for my shoddy production values and mediocre vocal range. 

Sidenote: I’ve had this song stuck in my head for years and instinctively start humming it whenever I start making tea. You’d think my subconscious could get a little more creative.
